The Role
You will be expected to coordinate international research projects (e.g. Horizon Europe programme) in tandem with a content expert from our team. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include carrying out project management (deliverables, deadlines, work packages, communication and budget calculation) as well as support in organisational aspects of proposal writing (arranging meetings, preparing bios and CRS ’descriptions).
You will be involved in projects with partners from top universities and research institutes and therefore excellent written and spoken English, as well as organisational and managerial capacities are essential requirements for this position. We require experience in the coordination of big international projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Project coordination (including maintaining design documents, sticking to deadlines)
- Responding to routine (non-content related) project communication (emails)
- Managing some online services (e.g. voice actors on Fiverr)
- Support in keeping internal documents (Google Drive) in order (e.g. budget calculations, GANTT charts, project and simulation documents; presentations)
- Support in organising and running international online workshops: recruiting participants, sending invitations, reminders, basic technical support for participants, etc.
- Travel arrangements: flights, trains, hotels
- Gathering information about CRS activities and supporting report writing
Key Requirements
- Fluent command of English in speech and writing (to be verified during the job interview)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new topics
- Quick and effective search, analysis, and processing of information (also in the areas beyond current experience)
- Interest in the area of sustainable development
- Conscientiousness, independence, responsibility – these are not just fancy words, we really value these traits
Nice to have
- Background in the area of social or natural sciences or economics
- Understanding/experience in serious games development/use
- Another foreign language, e.g. German, French or Spanish
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop
