Location: Wrocław – Poland
The Role
You will be expected to support CRS program leaders and the Board of Directors in preparing agreements and contracts with our partners and clients, as well as to work in tandem with the Financial Director on an overview of all ongoing activities.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include keeping an eye on project timelines and planning, allocating and balancing budgets as well as offering support in legal matters.

We offer

Key Responsibilities
- Finances support – project spending vs planned revenues, budget calculations.
- Drafting contracts with CRS partners and clients (in English and Polish).
- Coordinating with experts on legal matters (intellectual property, GDPR, labor law).
- Administration support- managing grant portals, timesheets, travel arrangements.
- Organizational tasks coordination & execution – GANTT charts, project and simulation documents, onboarding.
- Support in keeping internal documents (Google Workspace) in order.
- Coordinating between team members and IT technical support.
- Maintenance of communication materials.
Key Requirements
- Polish language C2.
- Fluent command of English (C2) in speech and writing (to be verified during the job interview).
- Experience in preparing financial reports of EU-funded projects (e.g., Horizon Europe, LIFE+, EOG, Erasmus+).
- Background in the area of finance, economics, administration, or law.
- Fluent use of Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
- Experience or insights into legal aspects linked to the functioning of an association.
- Quick and effective research, analysis, and processing of information (also in areas beyond current experience).
- Conscientiousness, independence, responsibility – these are not just fancy words, we really value these traits.
- Support in keeping internal documents (Google Workspace) in order.
- Coordinating between team members and IT technical support.
- Maintenance of communication materials.
Nice to have
- Another foreign language, e.g. German, French, or Spanish.
- Interest in the area of sustainable development.
