Junior Game Designer

Location: Wrocław

The CENTRE FOR SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS (CRS) is an international organization established in 2005 with an aim to develop and apply innovative methods and system tools and technologies, including digital multiplayer games, board games and role-playing simulations. They are used to support research, education, and policy experimentation in the area of sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • participation in UX and game mechanics design,
  • maintaining detailed game documentation (in English),
  • organizing game materials (refers to both electronic and board games),
  • planning, coordination and supervision of game development processes,
  • assistance in organizing workshops and game sessions (including collecting and preparing materials and equipment beforehand),
  • market analysis (including sending inquiries), contacts with suppliers and service providers,
  • support in writing proposals and reports (both in English),
  • communication with CRS partners and clients (in English).

Key Requirements/Experience

  • very good command of English (spoken and written),
  • systematic approach to duties, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail,
  • interest in board and computer games,
  • responsibility and diligence,
  • interest in sustainable development,
  • ability to quickly search for information,
  • willingness to learn fast and acquire new skills.

The following additional skills will be appreciated

  • sense of aesthetics and willingness to assist in graphic design in the future,
  • experience in working for the benefit of society and the environment,
  • additional foreign language.
