We played Lords of the Valley in Vienna University of Economy and Business with employees from the European Forum Alpbach! Goal of the workshop was to present the problems connected with resilience – adapting the economy to mitigate negative effects of climate change. Thanks to this social simulation the participants were able to experience the dilemmas connected with adaptive management. The workshop gave them opportunity to learn and practice collaboration, building social trust and engaging all stakeholder in decision-making process.
