On March 27, 2020, we conducted a webinar for Andalusian leaders and other cross-cutting partners. The aim of this session was to share how to create system maps using the basic features in the Miro tool. The first part of the session included the presentation of basic functionalities in Miro and other helpful options (chat, comments, tagging teammates, etc.).

The second part was interactive and participants created their own, simple system maps with 5-6 variables related to each other. In the feedback, session participants discussed what could be improved to better engage the stakeholders and make the technology more user-friendly.
