Piotr Magnuszewski participated in the Indus Basin Knowledge Forum (IBKF)! Piotr moderated one of the panels “Water, Energy, and Land Nexus in the Indus Basin: Exploring future and desirable futures”.

During the last day of the Forum, Piotr also led one of the Forum’s activities: – Play a transboundary nexus simulation game, where he, together with IIASA, presented our Nexus Game!

This year, 3rd Indus Forum builds on the experience from the previous years’ meetings and initiatives such as the Indus Forum, the Upper Indus Basin Network, and the Integrated Solutions for Water, Energy and Land Project (ISWEL). The aim of the IBKF is to bring together researchers and policy-makers from the four countries in the basin and beyond to share knowledge and advance collaborative efforts for sustainable resource management.

The IBKF was co-convened by the International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD), the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA), the International Water Management Institute (IWMI) and the World Bank.
