Alicja Balicka

At CRS, I primarily support tasks related to administration and internal procedures. I organize team events and occasionally contribute to project activities. I strive to achieve smooth execution of tasks and good communication with all team members.

My primary interest lies in Social Studies. I have an academic background in Economics and am currently studying Psychology. Most of my professional experience is in HR and labor law.

In my free time, I enjoy socializing and taking part in various events and sports activities, preferably outdoors, by the sea or a lake.
