C-MICRA is a Belmont Forum Collaborative Research Action supporting diverse research projects that explore human migration and mobility in the context of rapid global change, spanning local to global perspectives across both the Global South and North. The call was launched in 2022 and the selected projects are ongoing.

Within project coordination efforts, Centre for Systems Solutions develops social simulations and participatory methods that help research teams communicate findings, engage stakeholders, and foster dialogue, contributing to a shared understanding of the drivers, barriers, and future pathways of migration. Alongside acting as a unifying agent, CRS also works directly with individual projects to meet science-communication needs and strengthen connections with policy-makers, communities, and other actors.
